Can I purchase a table without knowing the names of my guests?
Yes. Once you have guest confirmation, please send them to our website to register and make their meal selection. They will register under “Guest of Table host”. Please note that meal selection cannot be guaranteed after April 21.
Are you able to accommodate special dietary requests?
Yes. Please email janeltobar@stepbystepfamily.org by April 21 to let her know of your dietary restrictions. We will work with our chef to accommodate any allergies or dietary restrictions to the best of our ability.
Will I receive my tickets in the mail?
No, we do not issue tickets. Your name and the names of your guests are your reservation!
If one of my guests is unable to attend, can I invite someone else at the last minute?
Yes, you can invite someone other than your original guest. Please email janeltobar@stepbystepfamily.org to let her know of the change. Please note that meal selection cannot be guaranteed after April 21.
Where should I park?
It is best to park in our main parking lot located on 8th Ave SE (across from the foothills trail). You will enter through the restaurant’s main entrance where you will be directed to registration.
What time does the event begin?
Check-in and cocktail hour begins at 4:30 PM.
What is the dress code for the evening?
We are encouraging black and white formal attire.
