Can I purchase tickets without knowing the names of my guests?
Yes. Once you have guest confirmation, please send them to our website to register themselves.
Are you able to accommodate special dietary requests?
Yes. Please email janeltobar@stepbystepfamily.org by April 12 to let her know of your dietary restrictions. We will work with our chef to accommodate any allergies or dietary restrictions to the best of our ability.
Will I receive my tickets in the mail?
No, we do not issue tickets. Your name and the names of your guests are your reservation!
If one of my guests is unable to attend, can I invite someone else at the last minute?
Yes, you can invite someone other than your original guest. Please email janeltobar@stepbystepfamily.org to let her know of the change. We won't be able to make any changes within 48 hours of the event.
Where should I park?
Feel free to park anywhere around site. We will have attendants directing traffic and can help you if you have any questions.
What time does the event begin?
Check-in and registration will begin at 4:30. Cocktail hour and entertainment will commence at 5:00 PM.
What is the dress code for the evening?
While we offer suggestions, we do understand not everyone likes to dress to a theme. Feel free to express your own style and don't let this deter you from coming.
